3. Google AdMob Advertising
Our apps display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use your Advertising ID to show personalised ads based on your interests.
To opt out of personalised ads:

- iOS: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → turn off Personalised Ads

Diagnostic tool inputs are processed on-device and never transmitted to our servers. Crash reports and analytics data are stored on Google Firebase servers (US-based). We implement industry-standard security practices to protect any data we do hold.
7. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)
Our apps are not directed at children under 13 (US) or under 16 (EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used our app and data was collected, please contact us immediately at info@smarthometriage.com and we will delete it within 48 hours.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location (GDPR — EU, CCPA — California, PDPA — Pakistan), you have the right to:
- Request access to data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your data — email us or uninstall the app
- Opt out of personalised advertising (see Section 3)
- Reset your Advertising ID on your device at any time

9. Data Deletion Request
To delete all data associated with your use of our apps: email info@smarthometriage.com with subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the app name. We will process your request within 30 days. Alternatively, uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data immediately.

We may update this policy when we release new apps or add new features. The updated policy will be posted at smarthometriage.com/privacy-app.html and the "Last updated" date will be revised. For significant changes we will show an in-app notification.
